Under Shri Jagdish Manchanda's visionary leadership, Plaza Paints Private Limited emerged as the brand Plaza in India, and coveted out a distinct place for itself in the synagogue of paint industry. The company's track record of consistent growth says it all.
Shri Jagdish Manchanda was not just firmly rooted in traditional Indian values, but was also the paradigmatic modern man, the man of new times. This was clearly reflected in his passion for the most advanced technology and the highest level of perfection. The corporate philosophy he followed was short, simple and succinct - "perfection is the key".He inspired his team to do better than the best.

The Bhagavad Gita states, "The actions of a great man are an inspiration for others. Whatever he does, becomes a standard for others to follow." This apparently applies to Jagdish Manchanda.
